These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Luna AI Host demo, website, dashboard, and related services provided by Blanco AI Solutions, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our site or demo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who these Terms apply to

These Terms apply to:

  • Restaurant owners and staff using Luna or the dashboard
  • Visitors testing the Luna demo on our website

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site or service.

2. Description of the service

Luna is an AI host assistant that can:

  • Answer restaurant-related questions
  • Capture basic reservation details
  • Respond in English and Spanish
  • Display a dashboard with conversation summaries

The demo on this website is for demonstration and sales purposes only and may not reflect a restaurant’s final configuration.

3. No guarantees / limitations

While we work to keep Luna helpful and accurate, we do not guarantee that every response will be correct or complete. We do not guarantee:

  • Integration with third-party systems (OpenTable, Resy, POS, etc.)
  • That Luna will always understand every guest perfectly
  • That the service will meet every specific business requirement

Luna does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. Restaurants are responsible for reviewing reservations and guest details in their own systems.

4. Acceptable use

By using Luna or this site, you agree you will not:

  • Use the service for illegal or harmful activity
  • Try to break, reverse engineer, or misuse the system
  • Upload or share sensitive personal information (payment card numbers, government IDs, passwords, etc.)

We may suspend or limit access if we detect abusive or unsafe behavior.

5. Accounts & access (for restaurants)

If you are a restaurant using Luna, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account is compromised, you should notify us as soon as possible.

Some restaurants may also have a separate Service Agreement that covers billing, cancellations, and specific obligations. If there is a conflict, the Service Agreement governs that restaurant relationship.

6. Intellectual property

The Luna brand, logo, designs, and demo experience are owned by Blanco AI Solutions, LLC. You may not copy, resell, or rebrand Luna as your own service.

You retain rights to your restaurant name, logo, and any content you provide to us.

7. AI behavior & responsibility

Luna’s responses are generated by AI models. Some answers may be imperfect, incomplete, or not appropriate for every situation. Restaurants are responsible for deciding what to honor with guests.

You agree not to rely on Luna for emergencies or critical decision-making.

8. Payment & subscriptions

For restaurants with paying plans, fees, billing cycles, and cancellation rules are described in the separate Service Agreement or order form. No refunds are provided for partial months unless explicitly stated in writing.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site, demo, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost revenue or missed reservations). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the service in the last month, if any.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Luna evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
