Service Agreement – Luna AI Host for Restaurants

1. Services Provided

Blanco AI Solutions, LLC ("Provider") offers the Luna AI Host service to restaurants ("Client"). Luna is a digital host that can:

• Capture reservation requests (name, date, time, party size, phone)
• Answer frequently asked questions about hours, parking, policies, and basic menu information
• Greet website visitors and guide them to reserve or ask questions
• Support English and Spanish guest interactions
• Provide a simple view of recent conversations and summaries (where available)

2. Limitations of Service

• Luna is an AI-powered assistant, not a human employee. Client understands that responses may not always be perfect or complete.
• Luna does not automatically integrate with all third-party systems (for example: POS, OpenTable, Resy) unless this is explicitly configured.
• Luna does not process payments, refunds, or sensitive financial information.
• Luna does not provide medical, legal, or emergency advice.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about hours, menu, policies, and reservation rules.
• Notify Provider promptly when important details change (hours, closures, policies, phone numbers, etc.).
• Review Luna’s behavior during the pilot and ongoing service and report any issues or content that should be updated.
• Keep any dashboard links, login credentials, or configuration URLs secure and private.

4. Free Pilot, Fees & Payment

• Client receives a 24-hour Free Pilot of the Luna AI Host service. During this pilot, Provider configures Luna using the Client’s onboarding information and demonstrates how Luna will greet guests, answer FAQs, and capture reservation requests.
• During the pilot, Luna may run in a limited or “preview” mode until the Client activates a paid plan.
• After the 24-hour pilot, continued access to Luna requires activation of a monthly plan (for example, Starter – $199/mo or Growth – $399/mo, or any updated pricing shown on the website or invoice).
• Billing is handled securely through Stripe or another payment provider. Charges are typically month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Client may cancel future service at any time before the next billing cycle. Past charges are generally non-refundable once service has been delivered.

5. Data, Security & Liability (Summary)

• Guest and restaurant data is stored using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Data may be used to operate, improve, and support the Luna AI Host service.
• Provider does not sell guest data to third parties. Data use is further described in the Privacy & Data Policy and Data & Cookies Notice.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider's liability related to the Luna AI Host service is limited to no more than the fees paid by Client for one (1) month of service.
