Service Agreement – Luna AI Host for Restaurants

1. Services Provided

Blanco AI Solutions, LLC ("Provider") offers the Luna AI Host service to restaurants ("Client"). Luna is a digital host that can:

• Capture reservation requests (name, date, time, party size, phone)
• Answer frequently asked questions about hours, parking, and policies
• Provide general menu and dietary information
• Support English and Spanish guest interactions
• Offer a simple dashboard to view recent conversations and summaries

2. Limitations of Service

• Luna is an AI-powered assistant, not a human employee. Client understands that responses may not always be perfect or complete.
• Luna does not directly integrate with all external booking systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) unless this is explicitly set up.
• Luna does not process payments or handle refunds.
• Luna does not give medical, legal, or emergency advice.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about hours, menu, and policies.
• Notify Provider when key details change (hours, closures, policies).
• Keep any dashboard access codes and links secure and private.

4. Fees, Data & Liability (Summary)

• Monthly plans such as Starter ($199/mo) and Growth ($399/mo).
• Guest data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
• Provider's maximum liability is limited to one month of service fees.
