This policy applies to:

• Restaurants using Luna AI Host, and
• Guests who interact with Luna on a restaurant’s website, tablet, or device.

When a guest talks or types to Luna, their information may be stored and viewed by:

• The restaurant that uses Luna, and
• Blanco AI Solutions, LLC (for support and product improvement).

2. What information we collect

Depending on how Luna is set up for a restaurant, we may collect:

• Guest name
• Phone number or contact details (if provided)
• Reservation details (date, time, party size, occasion)
• Conversation transcripts (what the guest and Luna said)
• Language indicators (for example, English or Spanish)

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as payment card numbers, government IDs, medical information, or passwords. Guests should not share this type of information with Luna.

3. How we use the information

We use guest and restaurant data to:

• Help restaurants manage reservations and guest requests
• Show recent conversations and bookings in the dashboard
• Improve Luna’s performance, responses, and reliability
• Diagnose technical issues and provide support

We do not sell guest data.

4. Who can see the information

Guest data may be accessed by:

• Restaurant staff with access to their Luna dashboard
• Blanco AI Solutions, LLC (for setup, support, and improvements)
• Service providers used to operate Luna (for example, hosting and AI platforms such as OpenAI and Supabase)

5. How data is stored & protected

We use reputable third-party infrastructure providers (such as Supabase, Vercel, and OpenAI) to store and process data. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and role-based access where possible.

No system is 100% secure, but our goal is to follow reasonable industry practices for a small SaaS product.

6. Data retention

Conversation and reservation data may be retained while a restaurant’s account is active or as needed for support, analytics, or product improvement.

Restaurants may request that certain guest data be deleted where possible. Guests may contact the restaurant directly or contact us (see Contact section below).

7. Cookies & tracking

The Luna demo and dashboard may use essential cookies or similar technologies for:

• Authentication (keeping a restaurant owner logged in)
• Basic analytics (usage patterns, not ads)

We do not run advertising trackers or sell behavioral data.

8. AI-specific notes

Luna is powered by large language models and speech tools. That means:

• Responses are generated automatically based on patterns.
• Luna may sometimes misunderstand or respond imperfectly.
• Restaurants are responsible for reviewing important bookings and guest details.

Guests should not rely on Luna for urgent, medical, legal, or emergency advice.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights such as accessing your data, requesting corrections, or requesting deletion where applicable.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy & Data Policy as Luna evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
