• Remember demo settings (such as language or theme)
• Measure anonymous usage (page views, clicks)
• Improve performance and reliability

These cookies do not store sensitive guest information like full conversation content or payment numbers.

All data is stored securely through encrypted Supabase infrastructure. Blanco AI applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to help protect restaurant and guest data.

4. Restaurant Rights

• Request deletion of guest conversation data
• Request export of reservation-related data
• Update or correct restaurant profile data

5. Guest Rights

Guests may request that their information be deleted by contacting the restaurant directly. Blanco AI will honor verified deletion requests submitted by the restaurant within a reasonable timeframe.
